What happens when you call
- I ask where you are, what the vehicle is and what's happened to the tyre.
- I check that I can get the right tyre or a repair done, and tell you the price and arrival time.
- I come out, repair or replace the tyre, and check the pressure before I leave.

Common questions
I've got a flat tyre on the road. What should I do?
Get to a safe place if you can, switch on your hazard lights and keep everyone away from traffic. On a motorway, leave the vehicle by the left-hand door and wait behind the barrier. Then call me with your location and registration.
Can every puncture be repaired?
No. Damage to the sidewall, large holes, or a tyre that has been driven on while flat usually can't be repaired safely, and I'll replace it instead.
Do you charge more for out-of-hours callouts?
I'll give you the price before I set off, so you know what you're paying. Ask when you call.
